ロンドンに本拠を置き、ユニークで独特なロゴデザインやタイポグラフィ、グラフィックアートを得意とする、Aphex Twin（ロゴマーク）、攻殻機動隊（笑い男＆個別の11人マーク）、東のエデン（セレソンマーク等）などで日本でも有名な世界的デザイナー「ポール・ニコルソン」によるデザイン。
serial experiments lainにJJ役でアニメに出演しsound track 『cyberia Mix』に参加したWASEI"JJ"CHIKADA氏によるserial experiments lain 21周年記念Album『Cyberia Layer:03』(※1)。
そして安倍吉俊氏が特別に描き下ろしたＣＤジャケットのイラストにグリッチ加工を施し、その下にはserial experiments lainの脚本家『小中千昭』氏による原文を英訳したアルバムの注意事項のデザインと、アクセラが視覚を含め意識を高めるというコンセプトのグラフィックと、ポール・ニコルソンが生み出したアクセラのキャラクター、更にその下には周波数変調をイメージしたテキストワークをデザイン！
背面には注意事項デザインをアクセントになるように配置し、袖にはWASEI"JJ"CHIKADA氏が代表を務める『studio eyebrow』、デザインを担当したポール・ニコルソン氏が代表を務めるデザイン会社『NUMBER3』、そして両者をつないでデザインディレクションを務めた『メッサストア』のロゴが配置されたトリプルネームコラボです！
